Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wax-on Wax-off Mobile Detailing (WOWOMD), your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing high-quality mobile detailing services in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. If you are not completely satisfied with the detailing job we have done, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion.
Service Warranty
Coverage: Our satisfaction guarantee extends to any service-related issues reported within 48 hours after the detailing is completed. We will address these issues by providing a re-service of your vehicle at no additional charge.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or external factors that are beyond the scope of our initial detailing service.
Rectification Process
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our detailing work:

- Assessment and Action: We will evaluate your concerns promptly and, if warranted, schedule a corrective service session at no additional cost.
Re-service Limitations
The re-service offered will specifically address issues related to the initial service provided and does not extend to any new or unrelated issues that may arise.
General Terms
WOWOMD reserves the right to refuse service under certain conditions, which include but are not limited to unreasonable demands or external factors such as adverse weather conditions that could impact the vehicle’s condition. We may update this policy at any time at our discretion without prior notice to customers.
